Double-sided machine for working 5-piece-door rails up to 6 pieces per minute considering the following operations: cutting, tenoning, drilling and inserting dowels.
The machine is equipped with an automatic loader with CNC clamp for positing the long profiles in the cutting area, plus a parking station for leftovers.
Then, the elements are transported to a milling station with vacuum system with a 3-axes CNC unit.
