Stemas is proud of delivering another high-productivity door line: 3 doors per minute involving the lock seat, handle and key holes and hinge seats working operations.
The line, composed of two stations and a barrel turner, is able to perform, in addition, all the working processes on both surfaces and on the four sides of the panel, thanks to the vacuum cup lifting system and the top router with automatic tool-changer installed on a top gantry bridge.
Automatic loading and unloading, with barcode reader, allows the line to be fully automatic, only requiring one supervising operator.
