The line is structured into two key stages, engineered to maximize efficiency and precision throughout the entire process.
-Vertical Sides Processing
Two independent units work the long sides of the door sequentially, following a fully integrated workflow:
- High-precision edge milling
- Top and bottom rounding
- Uniform raw sanding with chip removal
- Coating and final intermediate sanding
The second unit is CNC-controlled and fully movable, allowing automatic adaptation to different panel sizes without manual adjustments or downtime.
-Horizontal Sides Processing
A third unit is positioned right after the vertical sides working units.
It works on both short sides of the door simultaneously:
- Full process replication + vertical corner rounding
This enables the complete machining of the furniture door in a single continuous flow, with no interruptions between stages.
