A fully automated production line designed to transform door panels into finished, hardware-equipped doors in a continuous flow.

This solution integrates multiple operations into a single system:

    • CNC milling and drilling
    • Hinge, lock, and handle preparation
    • Automatic hardware insertion and screwing

Built to handle different door models and sizes, the line ensures maximum precision, repeatability, and process control.

The line is structured into sequential automated stations, ensuring a continuous and synchronized production flow.

1. Loading & Identification

The process begins with a fully automated loading system:

  • Loading bridge with 180° rotation which feeds panels into the line
  • Vacuum suction cups ensure safe and precise handling of each door
  • Integrated barcode readers identify each door
  • Sensors verify dimensions and thickness

2. CNC Machining Stations

Two CNC unit stations perform high-precision machining operations:

  • Milling of key, handle and hinge/anuba seats
  • Drilling of holes and pre-holes
  • Automated hardware insertion supported by vibrating feeders and vertical magazines
  • Gantry Bridge for routing for glass or panel openings
  • Barrel turning system for multi-side processing
  • Brushing for surface cleaning

The units are CNC-controlled and fully movable, allowing automatic adaptation to different panel sizes without manual adjustments or downtime.

3. Lock Insertion

The line integrates a dedicated stations for hardware installation:

  • Lock insertion and screwing using CNC-controlled manipulators
  • Multi-model lock feeding system

4. Quality Control

Doors can be inspected and reintroduced into the flow if needed, ensuring zero-defect output.

  • Operator-controlled quality check station

5. Labeling & Unloading

  • Automatic label application (top or bottom of the door)
  • Barcode-based identification maintained until final stage
  • Automated unloading bridge with 180° rotation and stacking system
